In countries such as India and China, exëvo conducts face-to-face interviews, supported by our current large and dedicated organization of strategically located nationwide teams.
- Face-to-face interviews in India are conducted both by traditional pen and paper, and by CAPI, while in China they are primarily conducted in PAPI format.
- We also conduct CLTs, Clinics and Qualitative studies in both two countries.
Data Entry
We provide exclusive and highly accurate data in electronic format sourced from both handwritten and printed formats. Using advanced technology and infrastructure we provide quality data outputs with 99.9% accuracy.
Survey Data Entry -
For PAPI surveys data punching, coding of open ended responses and data cleaning are conducted using our defined Punching and QA processes to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data outputs. We adopt both single and double data entry methods to ensure numerical accuracy. We randomly verify data to ensure accuracy, and check for validation violations. In addition data outputs from our CATI and web surveys is provided in client-specified formats and customized according to their individual data map.
Data Cleaning -
exëvo maintains an interactive framework and infrastructure for data cleaning services, which enables us to closely monitor and detect data discrepancies. We ensure that all efforts are taken to fix inaccuracies in data with unwanted information removed at source. Data is cleaned and checked using a wide range of validation processes before being sent to the client in specified format, such as SPSS, MS Excel, MS Access database, and ASCII.
Document Scanning -
exëvo provides document scanning, indexing, archiving and retrieval services for a wide variety of applications. Scanning documents can be a cost effective alternative to long-term paper storage. Scanned images once properly indexed may comprise an electronic filing cabinet accessible from a local area network, Intranet or Internet. After receiving physical documents we return electronic images of them by FTP or CD.
Form Processing -
Information in paper format is of limited use. It requires digitizing and acting upon. We capture data from all types of handwritten and typed forms accurately, rapidly and cost effectively. We work with a variety of forms including Insurance claims, subscriptions, and warranty registrations. Regardless of the source (paper, faxes, scanned images or electronic data streams) we are able to extract, perfect and export critical information to database, workflow, documents and content management systems.
