NEW YORK, 27th June 2003 - Manish Modi today announced the formation of exëvo, an offshore outsourcing consulting, advisory and management firm. exëvo was launched nine months ago in New York along with several members of the former NetAcross management team. During this time, the firm has acquired nine clients across a variety of industries.

Manish Modi was the former founder of NetAcross and exited that business when it was merged with a Singapore-based firm in early 2001. After a year-long sabbatical, Manish teamed up with several members of the NetAcross management team including Alok Tayal, Sanjay Jain and Vivek Sharma, all of which joined as founding members in exëvo in 2002.

exëvo provides a range of outsourcing consulting, advisory and management services to small and medium businesses including:

1. Business Process Outsourcing Strategy
2. Offshore Vendor Identification, Benchmarking and Selection
3. Process Migration and Transition
4. Program Management, Monitoring and Reporting
5. Outsourcing Continuity Management

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Modi exhibited confidence and optimism on his new venture and said, "We are privileged to be in the middle of a cultural and technological revolution for the second time in less than a decade. The markets are ripe for offshore outsourcing, and my team has done an outstanding job of creating a world-class organization in such a short period of time."

Asked about their business model, Sanjay Jain, who heads exëvo's Indian subsidiary said, "We help small and medium businesses establish and maintain long-term outsourcing relationships with specialized providers. Both our client and vendor markets are currently under-served and under-represented, and we are delighted to work with some very talented and driven individuals on both sides."

exëvo is funded by Group MKM, a diversified group with a combined revenue base of $80 million that employs more than 2000 people.
